# FGNTBILLs Subscription Process

Once onboarded and whitelisted, an investor can subscribe to FGN TBILLs tokens through the FGN TBILLS vault by depositing [eNsc](https://app.gitbook.com/o/2cQU3ipwx2pJJVYBJUjq/s/bbQ8Sp0oKe3BiVYKwRKq/~/changes/91/ensc) (Nigeria’s crypto-native stablecoin) via the vault’s app interface. The process is instant and governed by audited smart contracts:

1. **Deposit** [**eNsc**](https://app.gitbook.com/o/2cQU3ipwx2pJJVYBJUjq/s/bbQ8Sp0oKe3BiVYKwRKq/~/changes/91/ensc)**:** The investor transfers [eNsc](https://app.gitbook.com/o/2cQU3ipwx2pJJVYBJUjq/s/bbQ8Sp0oKe3BiVYKwRKq/~/changes/91/ensc) from their whitelisted wallet to the vault.
2. **Mint Tokens:** The vault automatically mints FGN TBILLs tokens (vault shares - proof of ownership) equivalent to the deposited ENSC value at the time of transaction, backed 1:1 by Nigerian Treasury Bills (T-Bills) and ENSC reserves.
3. **Self-Custody:** Vault shares are sent directly to the investor’s wallet, where they retain full ownership and control.
